p1070304Retirement – time to put your feet up and slip into the slow lane? Not for Graham Wood, who decided to pursue his love of cooking and set up his own Charcuterie business. So instead of getting out from under his wife’s feet in the kitchen, he went out and bought all the kit to cure, age and smoke a whole range of charcuterie products.

 

p1070323Graham has recently completed a 5 day master charcuterie course at the School of Artisan Food and after 6 months with a stand at the Ledbury
Country Market, is now coming to Kempley as our guest supplier. Graham will have a range of charcuterie products including cooked and smoked English style hams, cured bacon and pate.

imgp2633aIn addition, Graham will be bringing  continental style cured dried meats including Bresaola, Coppa, Prosciutto’s, Culatello, Guanciale and Pancetta. If that’s not enough to tempt you then try his beetroot cured gravadlax and smoked cheeses.
